3. Voice and calling rules
If you use superpwr's voice calling features, you must also comply with the following:
Consent: You must have prior express written consent from each person before placing telemarketing calls. For informational calls, you must have prior express consent. You are responsible for maintaining records of all consent obtained.
Do Not Call compliance: You must check all phone numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry (donotcall.gov) and applicable state registries before placing calls. You must honor all opt-out requests immediately and add requesting parties to your internal do-not-call list.
Calling hours: You may only place calls between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the called party's local time zone. Some states impose stricter requirements, and you are responsible for knowing and following them.
AI disclosure: At the beginning of each call, you must disclose that the call is being conducted by an artificial intelligence system. This is required by FCC regulations.
Caller ID: You must display accurate caller ID information. Spoofing or misrepresenting your identity is prohibited by federal law (Truth in Caller ID Act).
Call recording: If calls are recorded, you must comply with applicable federal and state recording consent laws. Some states require all parties to consent to recording.
Call volume: You must maintain reasonable answer rates and call durations. Excessive unanswered call attempts from a single number may result in carrier blocking and account suspension.
