SMS Consent and Opt-in
How SuperPwr collects consent before SuperAssist sends text messages from (323) 601-0788. The consent step lives inside the signed-in SuperPwr app, so this public page shows it for carriers, Twilio, and anyone who wants to check it.

The program
Program name: SuperPwr SuperAssist text messages.
SuperPwr SuperAssist text messages are sent by SuperPwr, operated by Bestia Technologies Inc., from (323) 601-0788. SuperAssist is the SuperPwr assistant. It texts SuperPwr account holders who opt in with project task reminders, approval requests, project updates, security and account alerts, and replies when they text it. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Where consent is collected
Consent is collected inside the signed-in SuperPwr app at app.superpwr.ai, during onboarding or in your Notifications settings in the SuperPwr app. You enter your mobile number and check an optional SMS consent box. The box is never pre-checked, and it is separate from the box for accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Texts are not required to use SuperPwr.
Each time someone opts in, we record the date and time, IP address, browser details, the page URL, the exact consent text shown, the account, and the phone number.

Opting in by text
If you already have a SuperPwr account, you can also opt in by texting START to (323) 601-0788 from the mobile number saved in your account. You will get the confirmation message shown below.
Frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your account and project activity. Most people receive between 1 and 30 messages per month. Conversations you start with SuperAssist include its replies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT also work. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START. You can also turn texts off in your Notifications settings in the SuperPwr app or by emailing privacy@superpwr.ai.

Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with any third party for their marketing or promotional purposes.
