The blunt instrument is a spending cap. Tesla, Uber, Meta, Amazon and Walmart all reached for one in 2026. Caps happen when nobody can connect spend to output, and they punish the people using it well alongside everyone else.
The precise instrument is knowing what the spend produced. Per-person and per-project activity, spend tracked against work, unverified output flagged before it reaches a client, and a departing employee’s history staying searchable.
You do not need to stand over anyone. You need the line on the chart to make sense.

The one who just wants the thing
You know the job. You are not going to learn code.
A different buyer entirely, and worth saying so. You are not here about visibility. You have a spreadsheet you rebuild every week, or a sum you do in your head at seven in the morning, and nobody was ever going to build the fix because your world was too small to bother with.
Describe the annoying part in normal words. It gets built. A calculator you use this afternoon at one end, a proper application with its own address at the other.
The fair question
Will my team feel watched?
Fair question, and the honest answer is that this is a shared workspace rather than a surveillance camera. Think of a code repository: every change is attributed and nobody calls that spying, because the team gets as much out of it as the boss does.

Not for everyone
Who should wait.
A page claiming everyone is a fit is a page nobody believes, so here are the real ones.
If you need one built tool shared across a team on several devices, that is not ready yet and we would rather say so now. If your AI use is entirely inside a product with no external surface, there may be nothing for a connector to see. If you want a record that proves compliance to a regulator, talk to us first rather than assuming: we can preserve what was presented, retrieved, consulted and produced, and that is a narrower thing than a compliance certificate.
And if you are trying to catch someone out, this is the wrong tool. It is built to be left open.
