Six jobs
Said the way people actually say them.
| No. | The job | Said out loud | The limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Quote builder | “Price a job on the van, in front of the customer, without guessing.” | One person, one van. Three fitters on three phones is not this. |
| 02 | Site checklist | “The same fourteen checks, every visit, nothing missed.” | A prompt, not evidence. Nothing is filed and nobody else sees what you ticked. |
| 03 | Reckoner | “Stop doing this sum in my head at seven in the morning.” | A calculator you trust, not a record you keep. The best fit we build. |
| 04 | Converter | “Their units, my units, without a mistake that costs me.” | Only as right as the rule you give it, applied consistently forever. |
| 05 | Day list | “Everything booked in today, in front of me, without a paper diary.” | One counter, one phone. It genuinely remembers, on that device. |
| 06 | Grader | “Score it the same way every time, whoever is looking.” | A second opinion, not the decision. The call stays yours. |
The limit column is deliberate. A page that lists only what each thing does is a brochure, and you would find the edges later, after paying. Here they are in the same row as the job.
The shape they share
One screen that does one job properly.
None of these is a system. Each is the thing you would have built yourself if you had a spare month and knew how: a single screen, your rules, your words for things, no login and nothing to install.
That narrowness is the feature. A booking system has to be right about forty things. A quote builder has to be right about the four you actually charge for, which is why it can exist at all at this price and this speed.
Ask for something bigger and we will tell you plainly where it sits. The platform sets up domains, databases and email and deploys real applications; it built our own products that way. What we are still wiring is the path from one typed sentence to that, with nothing for you to configure.
Not on this list
What people ask for that we would send elsewhere.
You should find your answer here in ten seconds rather than at intake.
Something the whole team uses at once. A shared rota, a team inbox, a shift board. These need every phone to see the same thing, and a single-screen tool does not.
Records that are the product. Client notes, case files, anything a regulator might ask for later. We can build the tool that helps you decide; we are not the place the decision is filed.
Something you sell on. A tool for your clients rather than for you. That is the capability we are wiring next, and selling it today would be selling what the product cannot do.
If yours is on this list, say so anyway. Knowing what people keep asking for is how the next thing gets built, and we would rather hear it than guess.
