Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Bestia Technologies Inc. By using superpwr, you agree to these terms.

superpwr is an AI-powered app manufacturing platform that helps users turn conversations, instructions, and domain expertise into working software, deployments, and supporting assets.

You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, or to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for the prompts, files, and other input content you submit, and you represent that you have the rights needed to use that content.

You retain ownership of your input content and, as between you and superpwr, you own the generated apps and outputs created for your account. Bestia Technologies Inc. retains ownership of the superpwr platform, infrastructure, software, branding, and all underlying platform intellectual property.

Certain features may require prepaid credits. Credits are used for AI compute time, agent work, deployments, and related platform operations. Credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise required by law.

superpwr uses AI systems to generate plans, code, and other outputs. AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving outputs before relying on them.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform, or if we discontinue the service. On request, we will make a reasonable effort to provide an export of your account data before deletion where technically feasible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Bestia Technologies Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of superpwr.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
